I would advise you to go take a
blood test. It could be that the child
is missing something (a mineral) and
is desperately trying to get it in any
way possible. I once had it with one
of my kids and he was very low in

I started putting on the pullup only
after my daughter fell asleep. She
knew that I’m going to do that, but
she had to be responsible to keep it
dry until then. This worked very well.
