Y 1 oz yeast, diluted In the bowl of a mixer, beat egg whites until stiff.
OM in 1/2 cup warm Gradually add sugar. Slowly fold in remaining

ingredients. Divide in half.

4 1/4 cup Preheat oven to 350.
Wondermills flour Using a rolling pin, roll out 1 dough on a parchment
paper.
Place with parchment paper into a 10x16” baking
Coffee Filling pan, extending onto sides of pan.
4 egg whites Prick dough with a fork. Pour half of filling over the

3 tbsps coffee, Roll out 2 dough on a parchment paper ,and
diluted in 1 tbsp invert onto cream. Prick top of dough. Pour
hot water remaining cream onto dough.
4 1/2 tbsps vanilla Remaining dough should be rolled out.

Bake 40 minutes.
Cool, and sprinkle with confection sugar. Cut into
squares.
