SPINACH
SHELLS
This Stuffed Spinach Shells is perfectly
suitable for your Chanukah meal. It’s that
tasty and filling dish you are looking for.
INGREDIENTS:
30 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups shredded mozzarella
cheese
8 oz shredded muenster cheese
16 oz spinach, cooked and
drained
26 oz marinara sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl, mix together ricotta
cheese, egg, salt, pepper, basil, oregano .‚י‡ור רעמ
and garlic .
Add 2 cups mozzarella and muenster
cheese. .ן„ירפוˆ רעמ
Toss mixture to combine and add
spinach.

Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce onto ˜נ‡רפ ˙רמ ךרו„ ךוניח
a 10x16” baking pan.
Stuff each shell with cheese mixture.
