STUFFED
                                                                                            SPINACH

                                                                                            SHELLS

                                                                                            This Stuffed Spinach Shells is perfectly
                                                                                            suitable for your Chanukah meal. It’s that
                                                                                            tasty and filling dish you are looking for.

                                                                                            INGREDIENTS:
                                                                                            30 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
                                                                                            16 oz ricotta cheese
                                                                                            1 egg
                                                                                            salt and black pepper, to taste
                                                                                            1 tsp basil
                                                                                            1 tsp oregano
                                                                                            1 clove garlic, minced
                                                                                            3 cups shredded mozzarella
                                                                                            cheese
                                                                                            8 oz shredded muenster cheese
                                                                                            16 oz spinach, cooked and
                                                                                            drained
                                                                                            26 oz marinara sauce

                                                                                            DIRECTIONS:
                                                                                            Preheat oven to 375.
                                                                                            In a large bowl, mix together ricotta
                                                                                            cheese, egg, salt, pepper, basil, oregano
                                                                                            and garlic .
                                                                                            Add 2 cups mozzarella and muenster
                                                                                            cheese.
                                                                                            Toss mixture to combine and add
                                                                                            spinach.

                                                                                            Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce onto
                                                                                            a 10x16” baking pan.
                                                                                            Stuff each shell with cheese mixture.
                                                                                            Align stuffed shells in baking dish side by
                                                                                            side with the opening facing upright.
                                                                                            Cover shells evenly with remaining
                                                                                            marinara sauce.
                                                                                            Sprinkle with cheese.

                                                                                            Bake 30 minutes, covered tightly.
