(Recipe Mess)
Dear Recipe Mess,
I keep my recipes in half-inch,
black binders. Each binder holds
plastic sheet protectors with a
white paper inside. I write the rec-
ipe title in red and the ingredients
and instructions in black. Most of
the pages fit 2-3 recipes per side.
On the binder spine there’s a label
titled Bakery, Desserts, Fish, Meat
etc. It is very handy when cooking
and baking and when done can be
cleaned with windex. Have papers,
plastics and pens in stock so when
you want to add a recipe to your
collection, do it straight away so
you don’t end up with a pile of
torn-out magazine papers. Bon
