Dear Recipe Mess,
hƉŚŽůƐƚƌLJ ĨŽƌ LJŽƵƌ I keep my recipes in half-inch,
ĚŝŶŶŝŶŐ ƌŽŽŵ ĂŶĚ black binders. Each binder holds
ŬŝƚĐŚĞŶ ĐŚĂŝƌƐ͘ plastic sheet protectors with a
white paper inside. I write the rec-
ipe title in red and the ingredients
WůĂƐƚŝĐ ĨŽƌ LJŽƵƌ and instructions in black. Most of
the pages fit 2-3 recipes per side.
ĐŚĂŝƌƐ On the binder spine there’s a label
titled Bakery, Desserts, Fish, Meat
etc. It is very handy when cooking
^ƚĂŝŶŶŝŶŐ and baking and when done can be
ĨƵƌŶŝƚƵƌĞƐ cleaned with windex. Have papers,
plastics and pens in stock so when
you want to add a recipe to your
