Almond

     Biscuit



     We won’t leave the house on Chol Hamoed
     without packing these along.
     It’s the Pesach snack my kids love munching on!


     INGREDIENTS:
     3 3/4 cups almonds, ground
     2 eggs
     1 cup sugar
     sliced almonds




     DIRECTIONS:
     Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
     In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
     Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
     Form the mixture into oval shapes and top
     each with a slice of almond.
     Place it onto a lined baking sheet and bake for
     15 minutes.
