SAUCY PUNGENT
                              CHICKEN

                         Savor the tangy and savory Saucy Pungent Chicken recipe!  It’s
                            irresistibly delicious and will leave you craving more.





                   INGREDIENTS:           DIRECTIONS:
                   4 chicken cutlets      Batter:
                                          In a large bowl, combine all batter
                   Batter:                ingredients.
                   2 eggs                 Dip the cutlets into the batter.
                   1/2 cup water
                   1 cup flour            In a large frying pan, heat oil and
                                          fry the cutlets until golden brown.
                   1/2 tbsp red paprika
                   1 tbsp sugar
                   1 tbsp salt            Sauce:
                   1 tbsp oil
                                          Heat oil in a large saucepan.
                   1/2 tsp baking soda
                   1/8 tsp black pepper   Add onions and sauté until
                                          translucent.
                   1/2 tsp garlic powder
                                          Stir garlic into the pan and add
                                          peppers.
                   Sauce:
                   1 onion, diced         Cook until they are soft and then
                   3 tbsp oil             add the rest of the ingredients.
                   1 tsp salt             Mix until well combined.
                   16 oz frozen, diced colorful   Pour the sauce over the chicken
                   peppers                cutlets.
                   2 garlic cloves, minced
                   1/2 cup brown sugar
                   1/2 cup duck sauce
                   1/4 cup water
