                                                                                                  INGREDIENTS:           DIRECTIONS:
                                                                                                  4 chicken cutlets      Batter:
                                                                                                                         In a large bowl, combine all batter

                                                                                                  1/2 cup water
                                                                                                  1 cup flour            In a large frying pan, heat oil and
                                                                                                                         fry the cutlets until golden brown.

                                                                                                  1 tbsp sugar
                                                                                                  1 tbsp salt            Sauce:
                                                                                                  1 tbsp oil
                                                                                                                         Heat oil in a large saucepan.
                                                                                                  1/2 tsp baking soda
                                                                                                  1/8 tsp black pepper   Add onions and sauté until
                                                                                                                         translucent.
                                                                                                  1/2 tsp garlic powder
                                                                                                                         Stir garlic into the pan and add
                                                                                                                         peppers.
                                                                                                  Sauce:
                                                                                                  1 onion, diced         Cook until they are soft and then
                                                                                                  3 tbsp oil             add the rest of the ingredients.
                                                                                                  1 tsp salt             Mix until well combined.
                                                                                                  16 oz frozen, diced colorful   Pour the sauce over the chicken
