                                                                                              tempura                               A delicious way of serving
                                                                                                                                    veggies, party-style! Serve
                                                                                                                                    with a sweet or savory dipping
                                                                                                                                    sauce. Be creative! Try it with
                                                                                                                                    any vegetables you like.
                                                                                                                                    INGREDIENTS:
                                                                                                                                    Tempura:
                                                                                                                                    4 eggs
                                                                                                                                    1/2 cup oil
                                                                                                                                    3/4 cup water
                                                                                                                                    1/4 cup seltzer
                                                                                                                                    2 cubes frozen garlic
                                                                                                                                    2 teaspoons paprika spice
                                                                                                                                    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
                                                                                                                                    2 cups Wondermills flour
                                                                                                                                    Vegetables:
                                                                                                                                    Long stem broccoli
                                                                                                                                    Eggplant sticks
                                                                                                                                    Green squash
                                                                                                                                    Yellow squash
                                                                                                                                    Purple onions

                                                                                                                                    DIRECTIONS:
                                                                                                                                    Tempura:
                                                                                                                                    Blend all the ingredients with a hand
                                                                                                                                    blender until no clumps left and smooth.
                                                                                                                                    Vegetables:
                                                                                                                                    Leave the peels on. Wash and pay dry
                                                                                                                                    very well.
                                                                                                                                    Sprinkle lightly salt and pepper dip into
                                                                                                                                    prepared tempura batter and fry untill
                                                                                                                                    golden.
                                                                                                                                    Serve with spicy mayonnaise and garlic
                                                                                                                                    mayonnaise.
