FALAFEL

NUGGETS

These crunchy, delicious Falafel Nuggets are a fun
and tasty treat for the entire family.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb chicken cutlets, cubed
1 Osem falafel mix
1 cup water
oil, for frying

Salad:
2 tomatoes, diced
2 cucumbers, diced
2 sour pickles, diced
purple cabbage
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix the falafel mix and
water.
Dip the chicken into the falafel mixture.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the
chicken nuggets until they turn golden.
Combine all the salad ingredients.
Smear 1 tablespoon of techina onto each
wrap and layer with salad.
Top the wrap with falafel nuggets and
drizzle with techina.
