                                                (Fruit Flies)
Fruit flies come from mold not from
fruit. When fruit are starting to mold,
that’s when flies come. Many people
don’t realise, but the flies grow in
the residue of sinks right beneath
the drain, where you can’t reach to
clean. There are food or dirt from
                                                washing dishes or brushing teeth
stuck in there. The best tried and
proven solution is to buy Drano, it’s
not expensive. I pour about quarter
bottle into each sink once in two-
three weeks. I let it sit overnight
and I have no flies. As soon as I see
a fly I know the sinks needs Drano,
                                                sometimes the bathtub too.
                                                Enjoy a fly free environment!

                                                Soup Containers

If you freeze a lot of soup, and you
want to get away without washing
the containers, it’s a good idea to
freeze it in a plastic bag and when
the soup is frozen you can even take
the bag out of the container, and in
                                                that way gain more containers.

                                                Frozen Lokshen
If you want to cook a lot of lokshen
for yom tov, and you don’t like
                                                the freezer texture/taste, there’s a
solution! When you take it out of
the freezer, and it’s fully defrosted,
kvetch it out completely from water.
When you put it into your soup, you
won’t feel at all that it was ever in the
                                                freezer.
