                         Here’s the most perfect smoothie recipe filled with protein

                                           Place all the ingredients
                        1 cup frozen strawberries
                                           in a blender, blend until
                        1/2 kiwi
                                           stopping and scraping
          OF            1 cup pineapple    creamy and smooth,
                                           down the sides as
                        6 cherries
                                           necessary.
                        1 cup milk
         BLEND          1/4 cup Greek yogurt  Serve immediately.
                        1/2 cup ice
                        2 tablespoons sugar or
                        honey
                        1 tablespoon chia seeds
