                                                                                        These soft and moist cupcakes are exceptional!
                                                                                        I guarantee this will become your kids’ favorite
                                                                                        recipe for their Siyams and parties.

                                                                                        INGREDIENTS:
                                                                                        2 eggs
                                                                                        1 stick margarine
                                                                                        1/2 cup orange juice
                                                                                        3/4 cup sugar
                                                                                        1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
                                                                                        1 1/4 tsp baking powder
                                                                                        1 1/2 cups Wondermills flour
                                                                                        1/3 cup sprinkles


                                                                                        DIRECTIONS:
                                                                                        Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
                                                                                        Combine the flour, sugar, and baking
                                                                                        powder and mix.
                                                                                        Add the margarine and mix on low until
                                                                                        you get coarse crumbs.
                                                                                        Add one egg at a time, scraping the bowl
                                                                                        after each egg.
                                                                                        Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
                                                                                        until the batter is smooth.
                                                                                        Fold in the sprinkles.
                                                                                        Fill the lined cupcake pans and bake for
                                                                                        20-22 minutes.
                                                                                        This recipe yields 12 cupcakes.
