18K gold earrings with 26 natural diamonds and 16 natural sapphires
12 midnight blue ("royal blue") faceted tear drop shaped pear-cut natural sapphires about 0.75 carat
each form the petals of a "forget-me-not" flower on the earrings, similar in design to Harry Winston's
famous "Forget-Me-Not Sapphire and Diamond Earrings" but our version is much larger in accordance
with the "Rothschild style" which features a penchant for extravagance (sapphire flower petals are an
incredible 9 carats for the Rothschild earrings vs. 2.1 carats for the Winston earrings, and at the center,
the round brilliant diamonds are about 0.7 carats for the Rothschild earrings vs. 0.07 carats for the
Winston earrings). The 18K white gold earrings are graced with a plethora of additional natural
diamonds (24 diamonds totaling about 1.8 carats) climbing all the way to the earlobe and 4 round
medium blue ("Ceylon blue") sapphires (totalling 0.56 carats). Length: 48mm. Flower diameter: 20mm.
