                                                                                        Chocolate lovers this one is for you! It’s chewy,
                                                                                        chocolaty, and absolutely delicious. You’ll surely
                                                                                        want to make it again and again.

                                                                                        INGREDIENTS:
                                                                                        1 cup oil
                                                                                        1/2 cup sugar
                                                                                        2 eggs
                                                                                        3/4 cup brown sugar
                                                                                        1/2 cup oatmeal
                                                                                        2 tsps vanilla extract
                                                                                        1/4 cup cocoa
                                                                                        1/4 tsp cinnamon
                                                                                        1 1/2 tsps baking powder
                                                                                        3 tbsps instant vanilla pudding
                                                                                        2 1/4 cups Wondermills flour
                                                                                        1 cup chocolate chips


                                                                                        DIRECTIONS:
                                                                                        Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
                                                                                        Combine the oil and sugars and mix them well.
                                                                                        Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the
                                                                                        batter is smooth.
                                                                                        Spread the batter in a lined 9x13 inch pan.
                                                                                        Bake for 25 minutes.
                                                                                        Allow to cool.
                                                                                        Cut into 2 inch squares.
