VANILLA
CRISP
COOKIES
These cookies feature a thick center and crisp edges.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 stick margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups Wondermills flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, beat the margarine and
sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat until
combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until
combined.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll each part into sprinkles creating a
long strand.
Cut the dough into 1/2 inch thick slices and
place them onto lined cookie sheets.
Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 13-15
minutes.
