CHOCOLATE
BARK
These Tropical Choclate Barks taste as good as it
looks. It’s easy to make and easy to love.
INGREDIENTS:
15 oz bar bittersweet baking
chocolate
1 tbsp oil
Toppings
1/2 bag dried exotic mix squares
1 1/2 oz coconut chips
a handful of raw hulled pepitas
a handful of toffee peanuts
a handful of walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Melt the chocolate and oil in a double
boiler.
Keep stirring until the chocolate is fully
melted.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a lined
cookie sheet.
Use a spatula to flatten the chocolate.
Sprinkle the toppings.
Let the chocolate cool until it is fully dried.
Cut or break the chocolate into pieces.
