This delicious make-ahead dessert style compote
is the perfect way to end any meal. It’s easy to
prepare and tastes absolutely amazing!

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz frozen strawberries (semi
defrosted)
20 oz can crushed pinapple
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Drop of cinnamon

Mango or passion sorbet

DIRECTIONS:
Blend the strawberries and pineapple.
Then add the remaining ingredients and
mix well.
Chill and serve with your favorite sorbet.
