CINNAMON
CHEESE
TOAST
This is not your typical cottage cheese and toast
sandwich. It practically tastes like a dessert, but is
made with clean, wholesome ingredients. It’s sure
to become your new favorite breakfast or lunch
option.
INGREDIENTS:
One slice sourdough bread
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Jam for topping (any flavor)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or you can use
your Betty Crocker.
Mix the vanilla sugar with the cottage cheese
and spread it onto the bread.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle
over the cottage cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until sugar coating
is melted.
Drizzle your favorite flavor of jam on top.
