                         CUTLET AND

                   POTATO MEDLEY



                   Here is another super easy and delicious chicken and potato meal. With
                     the vegetables in there, you have yourself a full one pan supper!


               INGREDIENTS:              DIRECTIONS:
               1 pack chicken cutlets    Cut your chicken cutlets into chunks and
                                         place in a pan.
               15 small red potatoes
                                         Cut your carrots in quarters in the length so
               15 small yellow potatoes
                                         you have long sticks.
               2-3 carrots
                                         Slice your potatoes in half.
               1 leek
                                         Wash and cut your leek into strips and add
               1/4 cup mayonnaise        all the vegetables to the pan.
               1/4 cup oil               Mix the vegetables and chicken with the
                                         oil, Mayonnaise, and spices.
               1 tsp salt
                                         Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.
               1/2 tsp black pepper
                                         Uncover and bake an additional 15-20

               3 tbsp Shlome's Kitchen   minutes at 450 until crispy. (Use a big
               onion soup mix
                                         enough pan so it isn’t crowded and can
