N-FLORETS
This is not just a meal, it’s a lifesaver!
With its combination of protein, starch,
and vegetables, you’re totally covered.
INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes, cubed
3 lb chicken goulash
8 beef franks, sliced
12 oz broccoli florets
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsps mustard
1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
1 1/2 tsps salt
1/4 tsps black pepper
1 tbsp mushroom consommé
1 tsp chives
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400.
Place potatoes in a lined 10x16” baking
pan.
In a medium bowl, mix all dressing
ingredients. Pour half of dressing over
potatoes and, mix well.
Marinate chicken in reserved dressing.
Cover potatoes, and bake 50 minutes.
Remove from oven. Add chicken and
franks, stir. Lower oven temperature to
350, and bake one hour.
Uncover, add broccoli florets, and bake
10 minutes.
