Baked apples with

           apricot crumble topping


           Impress your newlywed or guests. Add something exciting to your basic
           dinner or Shabbos menu. Serve with vanilla ice cream and you will
           have a perfect yummy dessert.



                                        Crumbs
           Ingredients:                 Crumbs
           4 big Cortland apples        Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
           1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
                                        Apples
                                        Apples
           2 tablespoons sugar
                                        Core the inside of the apple and cut off the
           Apricot jam                  very end top just to create a flat surface.
                                        Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the

           1/2 cup sugar                Add one teaspoon of apricot jam inside of
                                        the apples,
           1/2 cup oil
                                        and spread some on the flat surface of the

                                        Apply heavily crumbs on top of the apples.
           1 cup flour
                                        Cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
                                        Remove foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until

           Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
