• She can plan, implement, and oversee
programming for residents; meet with
parents of residents, and with respite
parents

• She has very good management skills,
communication skills, and excellent
organizational skills;
• She can hire, train, schedule and supervise

staff; conduct staff meetings; liaison with
hospitals, doctors, and Miriam Home
professionals;
• She can write grant application,
correspondence, annual Newsletter;

• She can organize and schedule volunteers
doing activities in the homes
